- Let’s Celebrate the Season!
And just like that our season officially comes to an end. To celebrate each and every one of our wrestlers for everything they did this season, we invite everyone to come to our Awards Banquet! This will be Saturday, May 2nd at 4pm at the Fremont High School Cafeteria Area. This is a Pot Luck style Awards Banquet, so everyone please bring whatever food you can. Main course, side dish, dip, dessert, etc. Whatever you’re known for making, we’d love to have it on our buffet line.
- Singlet Turn In / Reimbursements
This Awards Banquet is also when we do reimbursements for singlet returns and reimbursements for coaches as well. We’ll plan to be there a little early before the banquet starts so you’re welcome to come early and get that taken care of. Once it starts we will wait until after the banquet is over before resuming reimbursements again.
If you are unable to make this event but still need to return your singlet please message us on Facebook and make a time that works to get that taken care of.
- Board Update
This Awards Banquet is also when we go over our board that runs the Fremont Wrestling Club. If you’ve ever thought about stepping up and doing more to help us out, please consider coming and volunteering to join our board. These are the people that make the Fremont Wrestling Club continue to be a great place for youth wrestling in Fremont.
- Summer Activities
Keep your eyes out for updates from us during the summer. We will be letting everyone know about summer practices, camps, and events during the off season you can attend to help your child be a more prepared and better wrestler for next season.
