1. Good news everyone! Mats will be back today! Thank you for bearing with us for the last 3 practices. Looking through the calendar through the rest of the season all the way in March, there should be very minimal days where we are without them again. In fact there’s less total days for the rest of the season then what we just had. It’s all downhill from here. Be ready with wrestling shoes today to hit the mat hard and get back to the wrestling grind.
2. Fundraisers are going to be delivered this Thursday! Be prepared for practice on Dec 7 to pick up your orders already. We will be organizing orders before practice for easy pick up (let us know if you want to volunteer to help with that).
3. We will be having a satellite weigh in for the Star City tournament on Sunday in Lincoln this Saturday from 7pm to 8pm at Fremont High School in the wrestling room. This is not a club tournament and only recommended for more experienced wrestlers. Coaches can’t be guaranteed if you do sign up your child, be prepared to be in their corner for them.
